As an R&B lover I am a fan of the moves Ella Mai is making – she is the first UK artist to reach the top of the US R&B chart in 26 years. The whole album would have been my track of the week if it was possible, but I’m particularly loving ‘Own It’ as it samples Adina Howard’s R&B classic ‘T-Shirt & Panties’. It’s full of vibes and is a nod to the 90s R&B that I love so much.
