The PMG are happy to announce we have been commissioned by the BBC to produce the new Heartless Crew show – which will broadcast every Sunday from 19.00 – 21.00 on BBC Radio 1Xtra.
The Heartless Crew are a legendary outfit within UK Black Music and influenced so many MCs and DJs. DJ Fonti and MCs Bushkin and Mighty Moe are true veterans of the scene, having first collaborated in London in 1992 before bubbling up via pirate radio, quickly coming to infiltrate the scene in the capital. Responsible for ‘The Heartless Theme aka Superglue Riddim’ as well as their ‘Crisp Biscuit Vol. 1’ compilation, Heartless Crew’s music has made an indelible mark on the London music scene as we know it. Their new show will reflect that.
With over 25 years of award winning productions behind us, we continue to create cutting edge content for some of today’s biggest outlets. Our client base includes BBC Radio, Capital Radio and Inflight Audio Entertainment for British Airways & Emirates. Our media production also filters worldwide – we currently produce a number of radio programmes which are aired on some of the best radio stations across the world, with a particular spotlight on East Africa, The Caribbean and Asia. In addition, we have a number of years experience producing visual content for music artists, brands and events.
The inaugural Heartless Crew show will broadcast on BBC Radio 1Xtra on Sunday 13th October from 19.00.
