Rinse FM is one of the UK’s leading tastemaker radio stations. Established in 1994, with a focused audience demographic of 16-24, they have been one of the cornerstones in pushing the recent UK musical explosions, and are renowned for their pioneering approach.
Our consultancy consisted of presenter and production training, both in editorial content and delivery. This included working with day to day management to ensure maximum returns on output as well as refining and directing programmes and presenters to heighten their strengths and work on areas of improvement. Some of these presenters, including Julia Adenuga (now Beats 1) and Sian Anderson (now BBC Radio 1Xtra) have gone on to showcase their work at network and international level.
